RSA will rebrand as Intact in October 2025, a decision CEO Ken Norgrove proposed in early 2024 and which received unanimous board approval. The timeline aligns with the integration of RSA and NIG onto a single platform, marking a significant milestone in our transformation journey.
Speaking to Insurance Post, Ken emphasised that the move is about unifying the business under one brand. The next six months will focus on internal education, engagement with brokers, and building recognition of the Intact name in the UK and European markets.
“It was actually my approach to Intact to rebrand, rather than a decision that the group felt like it wanted to make,” Norgrove said. “We’re a broker-only business – we don’t need to be a household name – but we do need a brand that reflects our values and earns trust through service and expertise.”
