The Financial Services Register is a public record of financial services firms, individuals and other bodies that fall under its regulatory jurisdiction as defined in the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000.

Employers' Liability Register
From 1 April 2011 we are required under FSA rules to keep a register of Employers' Liability Insurance that we have provided to help claimants trace the relevant insurer. RSA fulfil this requirement through the Employers' Liability Tracing Office.
