RSA is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Platinum Payroll Giving Quality Mark. This is a government-backed accreditation recognising our support for charities through payroll giving. RSA qualified for the Platinum award thanks to the generosity of our people, and the match funding delivered by the business.
Since January, RSA employees have donated over £115,000 through our enhanced Give as You Earn (GAYE) scheme. This remarkable contribution was made possible by a significant boost in our matching program, which increased RSA's match donation limit from £10 to £50 per month – making us one of the most generous companies in the insurance sector.
What is Give As You Earn (GAYE)?
The GAYE scheme allows employees to donate to UK registered charities and good causes, tax-free, directly from their pay. They can start donating from as little as £4 per month. RSA matches these donations pound-for-pound up to £50 per month, maximising the impact of our employees' generosity.
RSA employees who take part in the GAYE scheme are key to helping the company in its mission to build stronger communities.
