- Location of the incident or loss
- Circumstances of the incident
- Details of loss or damage
We may also ask for the following documents, depending on the claim:
Cancellation claims
- Original booking invoice
- Cancellation invoice
- Evidence to support the reason for cancellation, such as a doctors letter
Personal baggage claim
Unless it is an express claim, we will need:
- Details of the loss or theft
- Receipts
- Evidence of the theft or loss. Such as a police report, crime reference, or email from the hotel confirming the item was not found
Medical expenses
- Medical invoices
- Reason for treatment
- If a pre-existing condition, proof the claimant was medically fit to travel
