We value the feedback you share, it’s helped us make meaningful changes to the way we manage claims.

Following the successful launch of Commercial Property claims in July 2024, we’ve continued to evolve. Since April 2025, brokers and customers can now log and manage new Commercial Motor claims directly through the portals, powered by Guidewire's ClaimCenter.

And we’re not stopping there. Over the next few years, we will continue to roll out even more lines of business onto ClaimCenter, giving brokers and customers the tools to manage a wider range of claims with greater speed and efficiency. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
