Here you'll find the most commonly asked questions about our e-Trade systems.
- From the Client Summary page, click the ‘Edit Details’ button
- Enter the new client name
- Finally, click the ‘Save’ button
If you’re processing a mid-term adjustment on the policy, you will need to:
- Navigate to the Policy / Proposer Details page (usually this is found on tab 3)
- Enter the new client name and navigate through the rest of the pages
Finally, accept the mid-term adjustment by clicking the 'accept' button
- Open the policy on Acturis
- Click on the customer name at the top of the 'Broking' tab
- Enter the new client name
- Finally, click the 'Save' button
If you're processing a mid-term adjustment on the policy, you will need to:
- Click on 'Main Details'
- Enter the new client name
- Finally, click the 'Save' button which will submit the mid-term adjustment
- Once the word 'Obtained' is displayed on the page, you can complete the mid-term adjustment by clicking the 'Accept Wizard' button
If you have any issues, please contact Acturis by logging ino the Acturis web portal.
- Start a mid-term adjustment and navigate to the ‘Premises Cover Details (Sums Insured)’ page for an existing Property
- Click the ‘Add Another Premises’ button to complete the details
On RSA Online:
- Click the ‘Adjust Premium, Commission and Endorsements’ button on the Quote Summary page
- Follow the on-screen instructions
On Acturis:
- On Acturis, go to the ‘Rating Amounts’ page, and click the ‘Commission Details’ button
- Enter the desired commission rate, and select ‘Comm0vr’ as the Authorisation Type
- Finally, click the ‘Save’ button
a. On Open GI/Powerplace, go to the ‘Negotiate Premium/Commission’ page and complete the required fields
- You will need to contact RSA to cancel any policies on RSA Online or Applied Systems. Policies on other systems can be cancelled directly on the system
- You should contact RSA if you need to backdate a cancellation prior to the effective date of a live renewal or mid-term adjustment
Please note that the system does not produce a cancellation schedule.
Direct Debit via Premium Credit Limited is available for RSA Online policies. Click the ‘Accept on Direct Debit’ button at the quote or renewal stage.
If you have accepted a policy on ‘Broker Account’ you will need to contact RSA in order to change the payment method to Direct Debit.
For all other systems you will need to sign up to a Direct Debit provider, and process using the accounting sections of the system.
For RSA Online and Applied Systems policies, you’ll need to contact RSA.
For all other systems, you can start a cancellation transaction and submit it to view the return premium. Then reject/cancel the transaction if you do not want it to proceed.
