Salary

  • We'll recognise your contribution to RSA with a market-competitive salary
  • We conduct annual performance-based salary reviews to ensure your contributions are recognised and rewarded

Bonus

  • The RSA Performance Bonus Scheme rewards both business performance and individual contributions, with an equal emphasis on both
  • It offers a competitive bonus opportunity based on your level, following a clear and transparent formula
  • Participation is open to you (if eligible), but the payment of the bonus is discretionary

Shares

  • Share options: the opportunity to buy shares in our parent company Intact at a discounted price
    • Sharesave scheme is an easy savings plan which allows you to buy Intact shares at a discounted price
    • Sharebuild is a share plan, which allows you to buy Intact shares (if eligible)

Flexible working (role dependent)

  • Flexible working hours — giving you the freedom to fit work around other commitments (depending on your role)
  • The option to work from home 2 to 3 days per week (depending on your role). All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space

Holiday

  • Full-time employees get 25 days of annual leave a year, plus bank holidays
  • During your first 12 months with us, you’ll earn holiday days as you go, with 2 days added to your holiday allowance each month
  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday each year

Defined contribution pension

  • We pay a pension contribution equivalent of up to 11% of your pensionable salary

Family

  • Maternity leave, paid for up to 39 weeks (depending on length of service)
  • Up to 6 weeks of Paternity Leave with full pay (depending on length of service)
  • Adoption and Shared Parental Leave available

Giving back

  • Give as You Earn: Donate to your chosen charity through our scheme, and RSA will match your contributions up to a specified limit
  • Office-based social clubs, support cafes and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
