Coaching and mentoring
You'll receive a dedicated talent coach and RSA business mentor to guide you through your programme
Study time
If you're studying through an apprenticeship, you'll receive a minimum of 6 hours study time each week. During this time you can complete knowledge tests, coursework and exam revision
Development plan
We'll put together a comprehensive development plan, designed to enhance your skills and compliment your role
Events and workshops
You'll experience quarterly networking and community events, learning and development workshops, guest speaker sessions, plus events on wellbeing and emotional fitness

Full-time employees get 25 days of annual leave a year, plus bank holidays. You'll also have the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday each year.

What is Bright Futures?
Bright Futures is our entry-level Early Careers programmes, such as apprenticeships, internships and graduate programmes. We work with schools and college students to support their future choices and employability skills.
They've all been designed with a clear purpose in mind: to provide a structured and supportive route into the industry that serves as a launch pad to your success.
At RSA, we've developed a suite of programmes that support your professional growth. Each has been set up to empower you and accelerate you through the business.
How long is a Bright Futures experience?
Each experience varies in length:
- Internships are 10 weeks long over the summer months
- Apprenticeships last 2 years
- The Graduate experience lasts 3 years
What happens once I've finished a Bright Futures experience?
When you join us on a Bright Futures experience, you're placed in a permanent role from day 1.
Our teams will support you throughout your programme. If you choose to explore an alternative option once you finish, we'll provide career guidance.
