Rosie is a Chartered Accountant and has a 30-year career working in the insurance and investment industry. She was previously Chief Risk Officer of Aviva UK Life and Friends Life Group. Prior to this, Rosie was Managing Director, General Insurance and Chief Risk Officer, Insurance of Lloyds Banking Group. Rosie has also held senior positions at Old Mutual and Prudential Assurance.
Rosie has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Tokio Marine Kiln Group Limited and chaired their Risk Committee from 2014 to 2022, and as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Quilter plc from 2017 to 2022.
