No, we are running the training via Webex and Teams which is a common platform. We shall test all delegates connections prior to the first session.
Yes. We are used to running this as a physical event in previous years and to ensure we minimise your screen time in a virtual world we have split this over two days.
A pre-requisite of the programme and to be respectful to your fellow delegates and trainers, you need to attend both sessions. If due to unforeseen circumstances you miss a session, a recording will be made available for the virtual sessions.
Yes, CPD points are awarded for attending and completing each full session.
If there is a recording for the session you have missed, then you can claim your CPD points. If it's a face to face session and there is no recording then we'd look to send you the session material.
You are able to contact all personnel involved in the programme via the hub which contains all contact details.

All project briefs need to be submitted by Wednesday 18 May.
You will find further information on the hub regarding the requirements for the project which should also be discussed with your sponsor. The aim is for the project to:
- Cover a key strategic question for the brokerage that they need a solution for
- Be relevant to one or more topics covered in the programme
- Be something real that you could implement once the programme has finished.

RSA does cover the costs for accommodation to all face to face sessions, including the gala dinner should you wish to stay overnight. We don't cover the costs of travel.
Yes, you are able to use the broker lounge. You will need to notify us by email RSABLP@uk.rsagroup.com or call Jane Thomson on 07834 944 265 to secure your date.
Yes, RSA has a WIFI guest login that you’re welcome to use. There will be further information communicated to you regarding the technological arrangements for the presentation day.
The presentation slots are allocated for 45 mins which includes, set up time, introductions/welcome, 15-20 presentation and time for the Q and A, plus feedback.
We always try to accommodate people's requests in order for them to plan their day. We try to allocate morning slots to people closer to London and afternoon slots to people further afield to allow for travel time but it’s all flexible.
You usually present to around 6 people in the room. It tends to be yourself, your sponsor, your mentor, your Searchlight trainer and an RSA representative.
