Core rewards and benefits
We offer a competitive salary and carry out a review each year to recognise and reward consistent high performance.
We offer bonus opportunities once or twice a year, depending on your role. Awards are based on either your performance or a combination of your performance and that of the business.
Protect your loved ones with a lump sum worth 10 times your salary if you pass away during employment.
Defined contribution pension
We pay a pension contribution equivalent to 9% of pensionable salary, with no required contributions from you. If you want to contribute, we’ll also match your payments up to a further 2%.
Full-time employees get 25 days of annual leave a year, plus bank holidays. For the first 12 months, new starters build their holiday allowance monthly, at a rate of two days a month.
