When we are experiencing high chat volumes, at peak periods in the day, we know it's important to let you know.

You will see our chat-busy button, however you can still click to chat and this will either enter you into our queuing function or it may ask that you chat back later as our queuing system is busy for the product you wish to chat about.

For queuing, we will see that you are waiting and will get to you as soon as possible. You can type your message to us, so that when you are connected, we can help you faster.
