Sarah Godfrey

Sarah has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, many years of which were in senior leadership roles. She has 18 years’ experience as a business trainer both developing and delivering technical, leadership, soft skills training and testing to meet client’s bespoke needs. She also provides one to one telephone coaching to upskill people quickly. Sarah has experience of all major insurance classes of business, with particular knowledge in personal lines, liability insurances and claims. Sarah also provides business skills training to both the private and public sector, along with some project management. She holds a City and Guilds qualification in Further Adult Education Teaching.

Sarah is a member of the Learning and Performance Institute and a Certified Online Learning Facilitator and over the last four years has regularly delivered live interactive training webinars.
