Sue Noble

Since 2007, Sue has been working with Searchlight Insurance Training as an associate trainer and coach, delivering management, leadership, coaching, mentoring and communication skills courses. Sue set up, and delivered Searchlight’s first-ever ILM management and leadership programmes and continues to do so.

Sue’s style and approach is person-centred, engaging and interactive. Sue has knowledge and experience in a vast range of management, leadership and psychological tools and techniques including NLP, Emotional Intelligence and Transactional Analysis and she encourages healthy discussions around how to use these powerful techniques back in the workplace with teams and colleagues.

Sue is qualified to Level 7 in Executive Coaching, has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision and is a Strengthscope and Emergenetics Certified Practitioner. She is a member of the Change Management Institute and provides provides qualification courses on leadership, coaching and mentoring with Chartered Management Institute. Additionally, she provides consultancy to organisations on how to embed a coaching culture and ethos.
