On the call we'll ask you for the following essential information:

• RSA policy number
• Date and time of incident or loss
• Location of the incident or loss
• Circumstances of the incident
• Details of loss or damage

Please email us the following essential information and documents:

Information we will need from you

• RSA policy number

We may also ask for the following documents, depending on the claim:

Cancellation claims

• Original booking invoice
• Cancellation invoice
• Evidence to support the reason for cancellation, such as a doctors letter

Personal baggage claim
Unless it is an express claim, we will need:

• Details of the loss or theft
• Receipts
• Evidence of the theft or loss. Such as a police report, crime reference, or email from the hotel confirming the item was not found

Medical expenses

• Medical invoices
• Reason for treatment
• If a pre-existing condition, proof the claimant was medically fit to travel
