Please have your RSA policy number ready.
On the call we'll ask you for the following essential information:
- RSA policy number
- Date and time of incident or loss
- Location of the incident or loss
- Circumstances of the incident
- Details of loss or damage

Please email us the following essential information and documents:
Information we will need from you
- RSA policy number
- Date and time of incident or loss
- Location of the incident or loss

- Details of loss or damage
We may also ask for the following documents, depending on the claim:
Cancellation claims
- Original booking invoice
- Cancellation invoice
- Evidence to support the reason for cancellation, such as a doctors letter
Personal baggage claim
Unless it is an express claim, we will need:
- Details of the loss or theft
- Receipts
- Police report or loss report
Medical expenses
- Medical invoices
- Reason for treatment
- If a pre-existing condition, proof the claimant was to travel
