Please include the following essential details, it makes the process much quicker:

• RSA policy number
• Policyholder name
• Date of loss
• Circumstances
• Location, including postcode
• Policy schedule
• Policy wording
• VAT status

We may also ask you for:

• Original purchase invoice (OPI)
• Make, model and serial number
• Year of manufacturer (YOM)
• Replacement estimates
• Crime reference number, including police information (if the claim involves theft)

There may be other information we need from you - our claims handlers will be in touch if so.
