Biography
Daryl began his career at Marks & Spencer PLC. He progressed through their HIPO management development programme and then discovered a passion for developing the managers & supervisors in his team.
Transitioning to management consultancy in 2009, Daryl has worked with Ofqual and the IFA to create new qualifications, built L and D functions that accredit over 600 students annually and turned around failing education providers to become grade 1, Outstanding, with Ofsted, the office for education standards.
As a Chartered Manager, Fellow with the CMI and holding a level 7 Diploma in strategic management and leadership, Daryl has the most to give in the management profession. His recent projects have seen him work internationally on a multi-year leadership programme to support the phased opening of a $20B collaboration between two fortune 500 companies.
