Essential information
To make the process as fast and efficient as possible, we'll need your:
- Policy number
- Vehicle registration
- Accident date and time
- Accident location
- Indemnity information for the driver
- Your date of birth
Questions we may ask you
- Do you have any pending prosecutions?
- Have you been asked not to drive by a doctor or the DVLA?
- Have you been involved in any incidents?
- Any losses or thefts in the past 5 years regardless of whether a claim has been made?
- Any motoring convictions or fixed penalty points within the last 5 years?
- Have you held a full UK/EU licence for at least 12 months and driven regularly in the UK?
- Who is the registered owner and keeper of the vehicle?
