Tenants contents insurance is for social housing tenants and leaseholders. It protects the contents of your home, garage and shed if your possessions were stolen, damaged, or destroyed in an incident like a fire or a flood.

- The circumstances of the incident
- Details of loss or damage
- Loss or incident location copy schedule (if the policy is part of a broker scheme)

Step 2: send us supporting information
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Please include your RSA policy number. To make the process much faster, please attach all the supporting documentation with the First Notice of Loss (FNOL).

- For claims below £5,000, we will need a repair estimate from you.
- For claims over £5,000 we will appoint one of our property experts or an adjuster.
Contents damage
- Photos of the damage
- A replacement estimate
- The original purchase receipt (where available and costing over £250)

- The crime reference number
- A replacement estimate
- The original purchase receipt (where available and costing over £250).
