We're in the top 100
I chose the apprenticeship route as I was keen to experience the working world first hand but still wanted to study, gain qualifications, and keep academically developing. An apprenticeship was the perfect opportunity for this as it offers that balance of work and study. I’m on the Risk and Compliance apprenticeship at RSA. I’m rotating around the three teams within Customer and Operational Risk Team (CORM). Getting to work with a wide range of inspiring people at RSA is one of the best parts of the apprenticeship.
What is Bright Futures?
Bright Futures is our early careers talent programmes, that include apprenticeships, internships, and our graduate programme.
They've all been designed with a clear purpose in mind: to provide a structured and supportive experience that serves as a launch pad to your success.
How long is an apprenticeship programme?
As an apprentice, you join the Bright Futures programme for 2 years, where you will complete a 12-18 month apprenticeship (role dependant).
What happens once I've finished the apprenticeship?
As you’re a permanent employee from the day you join RSA, you will have the opportunity to drive your career your way.
You can continue with your studies to advance technically, as well as move around the business by applying for internal roles. We see our early careers talent as future business leaders, so we will encourage your development beyond your apprenticeship.
