Summary

Recognising team and individual performance is one of the most important assets a leader can have. This session covers a wide breadth of knowledge and skills needed to be a future leader of a team or brokerage. You may currently be a leader of people, or perhaps you may part of wider projects where influencing and coaching is required, all the same, the skills learned will be invaluable as you move forward in your career.

At the end of the sessions you will be able to:

  • Explain what coaching is and what it isn't
  • Identify your preferred influencing style along with its impact
  • Explain the GROW model of coaching and demonstrate its use during role plays
  • Discuss what performance management is along with its benefits
  • Demonstrate an ability to write SMART objectives
  • Demonstrate through case studies putting the sessions' theory into practice
