Team Dynamics, Noticing Talent and Leading the Team (day 1)

Effective teams are not born, they are made. They have a sense of purpose and focus, have set objectives and clear communication. This session will give you an understanding of the structure of the team’s challenges and opportunities, how they are made up and nurtured as well as looking at the role you play in making your team successful.

At the end of the sessions you will be able to:

• Understand teams and team dynamics
• Know how to lead a team to achieve results
• Be able to respond to team challenges
• Recognise what "talent" looks like
• Know how to manage and develop talent

An interactive session in which you will get to grips with the team hierarchy, how they behave, and shouldn’t, how they work in the wider organisation as well as taking a good team to an effective team. You’ll also get to put into practice what you have learned.
